Strong leaders have been built over the last few years. Finally a focus on building a strong team and investing the future has changed over the last few years which has made huge strides in helping the company be successful.

The people, and the focus on people! Having great leaders next to you and working with you directly impacts the culture. Huge focus on the culture over the last several years has been great to help build a positive, productive and successful environment/culture.

A sense of accomplishment, and simple thank you gesture. As I continue to go above and beyond its nice to know its not going unnoticed and its at least appreciated. Putting in the extra hours and knowing that going above and beyond is appreciated, respected and valued.

The annual bonus structure was very good over the last few years, and this is the best part of the compensation package. This has recently changed, so not sure how this will be going forward based on Newscorp stock price which is hard to ensure your contributing to, since based on the overall markt

I have been with the company for many years, and over the past 5+ years I think the CEO's and executive teams have been some of the best to change the company for the better than we have ever had. Communication has vastly improved over the years, and always open to hearing more from other leaders.
