IBM: The main thing I have been disappointed about at IBM is the layoffs. The "resource action" in 2017 to require marketing employees to relocate was a very sad time. Many many of my colleagues that had been at IBM for 10+ years ended up leaving the company. Since then, we have continued to have layoffs
IBM: As with any company, there is good and there is bad. I love working here, and I love the people. However sometimes it does feel like the Corporation is the Crown. IBM: GOod, collaborative but wish we are not too siloed

Luxoft: An amazing journey of development, learning and fun
IBM: I love my boss and peers. I hate that IBM switched us from Blue Cross Blue Shield to Aetna. It puts more of the medical cost burden on us. Pre-Covid, I loved going into work at our office. I liked the break room, culture club events and general vibe of the environment at the office.
Verizon: the challenges and the respect I feel
Verizon: It's been a very exciting first year at Verizon. I'm amazed at how well I was able to onboard with only 6 weeks in the office before we moved to a WFH model.
