Weather is a good place to be at as this company will never fold. Their environment is also very relaxed and professional, and the majority of people seem to be quality cut people.

Being able to solve different platform problems everyday rather than doing the same thing over and over like others do.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I spend a lot of time pushing others to be the best that they can, training people, documenting new changes, etc. Management does not seem to notice. What would fix this would be to get a life changing raise as its been years of hearing IBM did not meet their 500% profit margins they told investors.
