IBM: Challenging work with good people for a fair wage.
IBM: The IBM bureaucracy is highly uncoordinated so unfunded mandates come from many directions, often without warning. I have a persistent feeling of dread for the next mission from nowhere that will derail my goals for innovation. It feels like execs push these missions along w/o regard for consequence
IBM: The coworkers, my direct boss, and other teams within our division are the best part of this company. The worst part is executive leadership not being leaders, and the painful internal processes (legal, process, procedures, etc) that make it difficult to move quickly, be nimble and keep/win business

IBM: Team is diverse and have various skills.
IBM: I have had great opportunities to learn and grow both professionally and personally.
IBM: I absolutely love the people I work with. The corporate culture tends to be a bit overbearing - not a lot of room to color out of the lines. I feel that my particular division within the subculture of drilled down segments determined by the executives is awesome.
Adobe: I have loved every minute of my 4 years here!
IBM: IBM leaders are transparent and honest

IBM: Overall, pleased with IBM's progress in adapting with current climate and ensuring that its employees are top of mind.
Amazon: Empower me to think creatively
IBM: A panicked startup what won't pay for what it thinks it can foist on the engineering staff.

IBM: Good culture. Commitment to work-life balance. Excellent supervisors. Commitment to building skill stack.
IBM: We've slowed down production too much and put resources in the wrong places.
IBM: Not what it use to be. We are always behind against our competitors. Leadership is slow to react.
