I have only gotten one raise in 5 years at IBM after my company was acquired in to IBM. That is despite beating revenue goals and strong performance overall.

My team and I are highly qualified professionals who were acquired by IBM because of our expertise. Since that time we have been wrapped up in red tape and incredibly slow and outdated processes which kill the spirit and enthusiasm of the team.
