Hot Topic: It's honestly a good company and place to work at. My only complaint would be my manager treating me with disrespect, using attitude, and treating my illnesses as something I can "fix". She tells me to act like an adult (I'm 18) but yet she has the mindset of one.

They dont offer any bonuses or incentives for the corporage workers outside management no matter how hard you work. There's bonuses and incentives for all except corporate office work.
Visionworks: I am relatively new to the company, but my experience so far has been very positive. I have had great conversations and interactions with my team and senior management. Everyone is committed to the future success of Visionworks.

Restaurant Associates: It was brutal, they didn't offer raises. It was... a lot of the people were mean in management. Bitter, terrible, long hours. Several times I'd work a 12hr shift and it would be two in the morning. They hadn't fed us and told us to "grab something as we left." Ridiculous.

Terminix: Initially very good, then the last year it degraded into a micromanaged dumpster fire
Cricket Wireless: How you treat customer and policy's concerning defective phones and how many times you can send the same phone that has a the same manufacturer issue with each phone. I got a Ovation 2 and a week in a half it started glitching. Called did a warranty got a refurbished one 3 times. Still glitching.
Terminix: Absolute garbage leadership and management. Micromanaging without any understanding of how things with at the ground level, management never accepts any responsibility or blame, they always put it on the employees they've ruined. They need to clean house as far as middle management and bean counters
Cambia Health Solutions: wonderful until about 3 years when new managment was brought In and culturer changed dramatically. they can't get out of their own way to recognize individual contributors and let them do their jobs.

Better: I was very happy for quite some time, but then little things started to change in the culture. Of course, all the media in the last week has spot lighted where the cancer started. Unfortunately, when the CEO alienates his inner circle and disparages the forces, the future is beyond bleak.

Communication is not good. Management runs on favortism. Problems are under the rug until things go Completely wrong.

J. Crew: Corporate out of touch with store, blind to unethical management practices. Customers are sophisticated and polite. There are frequent comments on pricing discrepencies and the store looking run down. People ask if the store is closing. Very poorly run business losing both employees and customers.
Townsquare Media: For each person they fire a current employee takes on those additional responsibilities for no pay and no overtime. For TSM the objective is to operate as cheaply as possible and give the highest return to investors. It's not a company where I feel valued or supported.
U.S. Cellular: I have been in training for a while and I still am training a bit I like that they want me to be successful because that will make them successful but I appreciate that they provide a lot of benefits.

They literally sit down 3-4 hour a day, and don't do the job they were hired to do! I have reported to my area manager, he does nothing about it!!!!!
Petco: We use to put so much focus on finding solutions to help pet parents and making sure we were not like car salesmen. Now all they care about is how many vital care memberships you can sell in a week. The fun is gone and there are to many daily metrics to even get all of your part timers to care about
