ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: Overall, the organization is great, benefits are great. The opportunity for advancement or to move to another position within the organization is not clear or easy. Additional training should be provided to managers and staff on professional etiquette when speaking about or addressing employees.
Synopsys Inc: My experience has been a positive one overall but for sure it could benefit from some improvements: clearer internal communication, less budget cuts, etc.
Tenable: So far it's been great experience. I've been able to learn and spread my wings here while also lending to team efforts with my past knowledge and experience.

Synopsys Inc: Working at Synopsys is amazing. We feel and breath the international environment everyday. I am talking to people all around the globe everyday and learning from their cultures too. Today, as an example, I have spoken to people in Korea, Taiwan, Japan, USA, Portugal. It's an incredible opportunity.
