
They make coming to the office bearable and fun. They are extremely supportive and collaborative and make the idea of leaving LNSA painful. Alot of my colleagues are also VERY knowledgeable in our products, so it's heart wrenching when they leave. It negatively does affect my morale!
Being forced to go to the office and dealing with endless spreadsheets are just de-motivating. Solution: 1 office day, NO Micromanaging and STOP with the spreadsheets!!! We are supposed to be a leading tech company. Also having no strategy as the goal post gets moved weekly, is very frustrating.
We need to STOP coming to the office by force, as this has created a negative environment. If I'm not out seeing clients, I should be at home, working uninterrupted and effectively. The previous hybrid model of 1 or 2 days at the office, was more conducive to our productivity.
Pay us as per our colleagues on a Global level, ie US salaries are significantly MUCH higher than what we get in SA! Additionally our salaries are not even aligned to the years of experience of our roles OR market related for the SA climate either! Targets are exceeded, but we still earn peanuts.
I need to get paid my worth, as I exceed my target monthly, but still earn as much as a Jnr person, which DOES NOT instill loyalty or motivation. I feel undervalued, because LNSA does well financially but I struggle daily & every month - Financially. Increase our salaries now and align asap please!
