Good people to work with, great direct manager, felxibilty is great. Compensation is the worst, no clear strategy from leadership, no one recognize my efforts despite being the top sales performer, and there is favoritism within the team, and people steal deals from you if you're not careful.

My team are hardworking people and they are all suffering from the same, undervaluing and no care. We are based in Belgium and we feel disregarded compared to the team in France

Recognizing top performance and talent, andl also be more open to feedback, and be strict with other team members who are stealing deals from other people and getting rewarded for it after they get caught

I have been the top performer in my team and business Unit for 3 consecutive years, I didn't get any recognition for my work or even a salary increase. In all honesty i am planning to leave, because of this. Plus we have 0 extra benefits in our compensation package, compared to other companies
