Lexis Nexis has been my heart since 2002 . I love the company however the changes made recently has definately impacted my earning potential and lifestyle. I have been most productive working remotely however that arrangement has changed as well.. I hope that this decision can be reviewed.

I have been in the organization for 23 years achieving target consistently and living the company values however my basic salary does not met needs. My salary matches an underachiever being in the company for less than 10 years.
