The mission. But it comes with the negative that leadership expects the mission to satisfy other concerns, like physical exhaustion and being stretched too thin. And it just doesn't.
Too much is being asked of too few people. Unrealistic deadlines and work loads. We need to invest in an appropriate number of staff members to accomplish the work.
