pay people according to their value; don't act like we're still a startup and can't afford to pay people well when we're making half a BILLION in revenue

We do want our team members to feel appreciated and valued within their compensation. We empower team members to speak to their leaders regarding compensation, and people support is her to assist as well.

Too much of a focus on short term success/growth, sacrificing long-term public perception and employee satisfaction. Run like a company that only cares about money, and it's clear to employees and customers.

so, so much. ultimately, this is why I will probably leave. it starts at the leadership - celebrate success, be understandable about how much your asking of people, allow for better work -life balance, give positive feedback, make people feel appreciated
