take employees feelings and thoughts about certain situations into consideration. think decisions out more thoroughly and think about how those decisions will effect the every department and not just the biggest department.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that it's negotiable. Not in the sense of haggling but, fairness is being made to insure that all team members are being paid equally for the job and trained to carry out such duties as asked.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid enough at all. People downtown and in the fish bowl are but no one else isnt

Monthly meeting seem to be geared only towards the production department. What about the rest of the departments?

my team is pretty small so since we are so small we are close-knit and like a family, we rarely have and problems

Diversity among coworkers. We all come from different areas, religions, backgrounds, and work environments. But we're able to work together and enjoy working together.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewer was up front with me, on what she wanted and how to get to the goals that she had planned for the department that I was being interviewed for.

the company/ building i work in was very small when i started and the process was different but my interview was laid back, easy and the manager at the time made me feel comfortable.

The department i currently work in seems to get the short end of the stick. Instead of giving answers as to why something is happening its thrown in our faces that "We are paid pretty well". All departments should be treated fair across the board and not just production.
