What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is the best because we are growing and learning together as a team. I like the feeling of coming to work knowing that I have a team that backs me and appreciates what I do at the Lab.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is really hard to answer the last few questions as I have not started my benefits yet even though I have worked for SDC for 8 months I just became a permanent member as of recent.

Paid maternity leave! I just had a little one and SDC’s paid maternity leave has allowed me memories that will last a life time while saving me from stress!

Every team member that comes to work has a smile on their face and is genuinely happy to be at work. I have a long commute and it truly does not bother me because I cannot wait to be at work every day.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The talent team was very quick to respond and very informational. The interview it self was very direct and to the point and did not leave out any information about the position I applied for. I knew exactly what I would be doing when I started.
