Changing the lives of others, rewarding good employees, showing appreciation to those who truly enjoy working for SDC and who commit their lives to making the lab a better work environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is really hard to answer the last few questions as I have not started my benefits yet even though I have worked for SDC for 8 months I just became a permanent member as of recent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is the best because we are growing and learning together as a team. I like the feeling of coming to work knowing that I have a team that backs me and appreciates what I do at the Lab.
