Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't have the 2 break all other companies provide and we work 6 days. Having only one day off does not allow time for family and clean the house. All one wants to do is sleep. Feels like a prison

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Approach needs to be more positive. Sometimes people does not seem very happy to have to help others and that's a value that does not qualify the company since we create smiles here.

We work at a fast pace. Communication is key to keeping everyone on the journey together. There's a balance between over-communicating and not communicating enough of the right info at the right time.
