Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the whole notion around working 25/8 (instead of 24/7) is highly pushed for here. If you don’t answer emails out of work hours (such as 11pm or 3am), you will get reprimanded. there is no such thing as work/life balance or integration and th

I often see that we treat years of experience or top talent the same as entry-level in terms of compensation/salary. ELT refuses to pay for top talent yet wants/expects the same results or experience from a new hire

We appreciate your feedback here. We certainly want all team members to feel valued and like they are treated with fairness and respect. We sure hope you will continue to share this feedback with your leaders.
As we continue to grow company wide, I do believe my team should be eligible for bonus incentive or commission. Currently, we are not compensated that way, yet the teams we support are. We are an integral part of the success of this particular revenue stream so it would be nice!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed being able to tour the facility and meet multiple leaders. I was able to gain a clear picture of the type of organization they are and knew I wanted to join the team.
