We're not micromanaged, great work/life balance, I'm surrounded by people who genuinely support each other and care about molding the future of the company.

We have direct access to our leadership. The C level executives know my name, appreciate my work, and acknowledge everyone, regardless of title, as contributors to the success of the company.
