What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive leadership is very driven to deliver a great product, and they are actively involved in the day-to-day business. Improvement is needed in long term planning - priorities change very quickly, often without considering the effort involved for the teams that have to implement the changes.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great medical coverage at a great rate. Lots of other little benefit perks.
