Everyone is very experienced, so we are focussed on doing what needs to be done, and not doing what doesn't need to be done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive leadership is very driven to deliver a great product, and they are actively involved in the day-to-day business. Improvement is needed in long term planning - priorities change very quickly, often without considering the effort involved for the teams that have to implement the changes.
