Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
SDC has failed to care for their long-term employees and brings on new employees with less experience for the same position with a substantially higher salary.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it is the type of culture you dream of and hope you will find in a workplace. I had to keep pinching myself when I first started work at Smile Direct Club to make sure it wasn't a DREAM !

The leaders were open, honest and down to earth.

The initial video interview was great! Having that option to knock out the standard and cultured questions without having to commute, as well as having a few chances to get your responses right before submitting.
