The initial video interview was great! Having that option to knock out the standard and cultured questions without having to commute, as well as having a few chances to get your responses right before submitting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership really understands the needs of their respective teams. From day one of the orientation, I was made to feel very welcome and as the days past and the mound of newbie questions grew I was met with understanding and full effort to get my questions answered and resolved.
