My personal journey has been incredible, I enjoy turning on my computer everyday. I am a stockholder and I watch and listen to all areas of the business closely.

This is the BEST job I never knew I needed. I am proud to represent a company that creates access and affordability to customers that never could have imagined straightening their teeth due to the limitation of money. Watching customer being emotional still drives me to be better for them.

They are involved -- they want to know everything -- my growth, my plan and then they follow up.

Our company is very generous, I do not use the health benefits, but the PTO is headed to unlimited next year. We just get Better and better.

We do use the first team mentality, and reach out to one another, and if we are unfamiliar with something, we are encouraged to reach out. They answer.

I love the fact that we cross communicate from different areas; examples would be the team in Costa Rica and sales, and then customer care. We get to learn from one another.

Its all face time; it is not just a phone call, or get in the car and drive all over the face of the earth. I loved the fact that I could see headquarters and understand there culture.

Challenges -- everyday is a NEW day -- I LOVE to learn from the different teams, and finding out the mystery of why a customer didn't get a treatment plan on time, or Care credit that didn't go thru, etc.

I love the bonus! I think this is an important part of our salary -- and it makes a difference to me in the extra time I add to my workload -- my choice for the extra time -- but rewarded!

all encompassing, our group is full of diversity and we believe in our culture of better is better. We are constantly striving to set the bar, as it is very inspiring that we are changing the world one smile at a time!

Trust. The culture is Trust but verify, this is the part that is AMAZING in our culture at SDC. Sometimes we get it right, and sometimes we get it wrong -- but we are not afraid to try based on experience.

Learning SO MUCH about the new. You an have your plate full, and your calendar stretched, but you are being challenged in growth as our company is so new. If you are not INSPIRED by growth, you are in the wrong business.

Listening to hear and not listening to respond. We speak every week from every level; this is important from a leadership perspective. They trust the teams to let their leadership be heard, then ask the questions of the leader to understand the strengths and opportunities of the business.

I am proud to say that we change lives -- we create access to everyone. I believe in what we do, and this has been a game changer for people that have not had straight teeth on their radar -- from a financial perspective or a cultural perspective.

We get to hear the stories, of not only customers, but team members -- the life changing moments and perspectives that we get to see every single day. We are VERY LUCKY to do what we do daily. I am proud to say that I change lives through a smile.

We have a Mastermind mentality -- if there is something that anyone needs to know -- we call one another -- if I am not understanding a system or a report -- I call on someone who does understand it better than me -- this could even be someone who reports to me. We win as a team.
