The GM needs to go...period. That position should belong to someone that has earned and deserves it and can treat their employees fairly.

We never have meetings. Our team works together to ensure our customers are our #1 priority. We are a family...they are the only reason I have stayed! And my regular customers!

I have been told how replaceable I truly am. Treat me like a human being and not like a pet. Teach me the tools I need to succeed and trust that I can do my job.
