I have thoroughly enjoyed my HR internship and everyone at SWCA. SWCA has accomplished so much in their existence and I hope to be able to assist them with future accomplishments from here on out. I enjoy everything about SWCA. They are a great company to work for. It almost doesn't feel like work!

My experience at SWCA has been an amazing one. One of the best companies and leadership team I have worked for. I truly enjoy learning from the HR team. I take pride and relate to SWCA's core values.

The leadership team genuinely cares about the employees. Not just as employees but as individuals. They are very welcoming as well.

I am especially excited about the ESOP offered at SWCA. Once vested into the program, it will become beneficial for retirement.

The acceptance of coworkers and the leadership. Coworkers are understanding and empathetic towards each other. Support and guidance is provided throughout the leadership at SWCA.

Accomplishments and helping the employees with HR related questions. Employees come to HR for advice and expertise (sometimes at stressful times) and when we can help relieve that stress and provide guidance it is very rewarding.

Completing goals and accomplishments, helping my team reach those goals, and learning to better myself and my career. By being able to learn and enhance my skills I am growing for myself, the company, and my family.

They are welcoming and always prepared to take on a challenge. They are helpful, communicative, and dedicated to completing the goals set in place for the team. They inspire each other and support each other to accomplish these goals.

The culture is welcoming but focused. The culture is focused on the company goals and accomplishing them giving the team reason to be at work. The environment is also comfortable in that all employees are helpful and supportive of one another professionally and personally.

They are always available and willing to help. They will pitch in to help you complete a task or train you on it. They are understanding and compassionate. The team is committed to the employees at SWCA and the company. We all work very well together.

The leadership team is dedicated to the mission of the company. The team is also dedicated to each other and those employed at SWCA. The company understands the greatest assets to SWCA is the team (employees) and without them SWCA could not accomplish the goals and mission established.
Quelle est la meilleure partie de votre programme de rémunération?
I do not have the privilege of utilizing the compensation package yet, as I am currently an HR intern. I think the best part about the compensation package is the medical and educational reimbursement. The company invests in their employees so they can invest in their careers and the future of SWCA.
