Our Senior Leadership Team very clearly cares about all employee-owners. They are transparent about all initiatives, strategic plans, and goals and really listen to employee requests, needs, etc.

The ESOP is by far the best part of our compensation package. Its growth is outstanding and we do not need to put any money into it - it is an automatic benefit to all regular-status employees!
