I have worked at quite a few consulting firms and find SWCA to be a great place to work, full of bright and passionate people, and caring of their employees. I do think the work life balance is a problem and many people have too much work and not enough help right now.

I have worked at many other consulting firms and SWCA is unique among them. The people and leadership are great. Being part of an Employee Owned company changes the game and makes SWCA special. The work that we do is worthwhile and I feel very good about it.

Everyone is very supportive. Despite being busy and working a lot, the team is supportive of personal life and things that pop up.

All of my coworkers are collaborative and so nice. I also learn a lot from so many team members that have expertise that I don't have.
