I have worked all over the east coast for companies both larger and smaller than SWCA and I can honestly say that SWCA is the best place I have worked. It is difficult to effectively communicate culture, but SWCA does everything right where it matters.

We actively seek to on-board genuinely good people. We don't have large ego that seek to compete one another. Everyone supports each other and actively works to ensure that everybody succeeds with the personal and professional goals.
