My team communicate well with each other. Their interactions are focused on goals and results. Having mutual respect, common and aligned goals, open communication, and patience makes them a successful team.

Performing actions that are meaningful for me. The challenge of getting it done & doing it right the first time. The wonderful coffee & even more wonderful team members. Thats what makes me happy.

We need to build synergies between our different units. The geo leadership needs to align & enable global business perspectives. With multiple geos managing same client we provide a feeling of many Teleperformance that a client needs to deal with rather than a single unified Entity.
