How that team involves and gets into the business so they can lead the team with sense of urgency and real actions in the field

The constant changes and neew situations that makes zero boring the day. The way everyday is different with new challenges makes me feel happy and renovated.

In may case how he is willing for education and development. Makes me feel i am important for the company and recognize when i give value to the team and goals.

I think that is very competitive and as long as myself i feel well recognized. The only benefit is missing i think for directors and up is to have a company car.

The authenticity and how can everybody be yourself. Very young and active people that pushes the company to innovate and improve with new ideas and the best, all of us can participate.
