If the economy wasn't as uncertain as it is, I would be actively seeking employment elsewhere. This company creates a great "image" but has done little i've seen to actually take care of its employees.
We all function well together.
There is a great deal that is lacking when it comes to culture and environment at this company. We talk more than we do.
Stop forcing your COvid agenda on everyone. Provide better pay and benefits, but especially benefits. Promote from within more than you hire from outside.
The people I work with are great, even if the company makes decisions I do not believe benefit anyone but the pocket books of the executives.
Our benefits are some of the worst in the business. We don't pay fairly once an employee is part of the company. We don't promote based on merit and what we have to offer.
We don't take care of our teams from a financial, benefit, or well being perspective. The benefits offered at this company are sub-par, and career pathing is more about who you know, not what you know.
The decisions made by the President levels and above are not smart decisions. There is a lack of common sense on how the business is run and the nature of the client, so nothing we do matters because it's all vetoed anyway.
So called "annual cost of living" increases don't cover that, at all, and i would say they're not "merit increases" either as 3% is hardly enough to even notice after taxes. We also don't value employees with long tenure at the company as we pay them less than people we bring in from the outside.
