APA percentages are low. Salaey should be commensurate to the role. Bonuses need to be defended at times even if the requirements are beyond what the team can realisitcally deliver.

The workload, work hours, stress and pressure are no longer healthy. Some of the Ops leaders are so rude and unprofessional and some of them get away with it because the corrective action is not severe. That adds up to the stress of everyone and people end up getting demotivated. The culture changed
