i am thankful that i have a job and i know i am a good hardworking honest employee
TP has been my home and the values of TP are aligned with mine i am proud of that always
my entire salary was stolen via online fraud using our payroll and i did not feel valued nor taken cared of by the finance leader. only HR was helping me. i think the best way forward is to have policies that might be minimal but can provide employee aid if and when needed on unique cases
i was a victim of online bank payroll fraud, i lost my entire cutoff salary and my CFO did not help me nor was he willing to protect and represent me from the payroll bank in any way. HR was a huge help but the CFO totally let this happen. who knows if i am the only who had the same experience.
