Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
The leadership team makes decision without consulting their frontliners who takes in a lot of feedbacks from candidates whom we are speaking with on a daily basis. I hope they consider our feedbacks whenever they make changes with our processes
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
It's just my workmates and my supervisor. Nothing else aside from that. It used to be fun working in our department and we used to look forward in coming into work but not anymore. We just come in to work to get paid nothing more, nothing less.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
They gave us a lot of restrictions regarding our handling process and it made us feel restricted in assisting candidates regarding their concerns. I hope they hear us out because we do not feel that we are being included in the decision-making part of this department. A lot of demands but no increas
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
I hope our leadership team can consider our contributions when it comes to decision-making especially when it is regarding our process. Because they keep on giving us restrictions without even knowing how we handle each and every call that we take in our day to day. We can contribute a lot. For sure
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
What makes me most happy at work would be our Team Leader (Jennifer Hawkins) because she always push us to be a better version of ourselves not just within the workplace but also outside of our jobs. She always gets us involved and always appreciates even the little things and that makes me happy.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
My teammates are the only ones who motivates me coming to work because we all share the same feedback especially with what is currently happening to our department. We had a few who left us already due to the constant changes that are happening. I hope we won't lose any more in the upcoming days.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
I think it would be my co-workers because we interact with each other a lot. We give and take jokes like we've known each other for years even though we've only been working with each other for just a few months and also to Ms. Jennifer Hawkins (Team Leader) because she made us one family.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
I'll be speaking reference to the Team Leader we have on our team. She is doing an excellent job in creating a safe space for me and my teammates to grow as a better person each day and she always make sure that she gets us involved in every decisions because we're a team. We're so lucky to have her
