To be honest the environment and of course the salary specially that my wife has a cancer. I badly needed it.

We always coordinate things and we are not perfect we argue but at the end of the day we find ourselves and talk to one another.

They all care about where I stand currently knowing that I'm going through something right now with my wife having a cancer they always support me every step of the way.
