Overall I am semi satisfied. There is a lot of things Teleperformance can do to improve so people stay longer. Salary for one is something can NEEDS to be improved. We all know that money talks. I have a lot of bad experiences on previous project due to bad overhead position.

We work together as a team. I am a bit outside of the team but i still feel part of it.

In my production we have a close connection to everyone from ACM down to agent. That is built via good communication and out of office activities
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
The salary for my position (and every position in generall) is low. For someone in my position the salary should be at 1800 as a minimum. This in order to have lower attrition on my position but also a higher salary for agents will keep them longer. the bonus on 200 euro is good for my position.
