There could be any training, development, one to ones, performance reviews, team time or time to actually carry out essential training online.

I no longer really have a team so could not comment. And when I did have a team we rarely interacted unless for work related purposes due to time and workload

We are not paid fair market value wages. There has been discrepancies for pay for the same jobs for no explainable reason. External recruitment get paid more even though are asked to train them and they cannot learn without the low paid team member that are training them.
