Managers and supervisors I was with were very supportive. The only person who destroy the image of the company and the account is named Christine Eslabon. I hope the company would do something about it. When she is around everything is negative and very discouraging.

The worst team leader ever. Almost stubborn, angry and negative towards agent and other people surrounds her.
