So far, this account (Mhe) is the best and I am very blessed to be part of it. I wasn't expecting to be hired on a BPO industry but I was given an opportunity and I grabbed it and I didn't regret trying BPO industry. Though were nocturnal now because of our sleeping routine but it's okay. Fighting!

My co-workers, my team and the work and salary of course. And I am very jappy also with my account.

My account is not toxic including my supervisor. She is very understanding and when you request for any disputes, she will follow up to it right away. And also the higher ups are kind to agents and very supportive. I am blessed to have this account. Thank you so much for the opportunity
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Sometimes the computation or the credit salary is not enligned to my hours of work and the incentives are delayed. We expect it to arrived early, we have waited for it for like months. Then I think the salary could be higher because in other places, there compensation for agents is higher than ours.
