I have been with the company for 4 years and there is no improvement that was given to the agents , seems the business is growing but they don't mind to have an activity for agents to feel appreciated.

the admins need to have a programs for agents to have them feel appreciated, they must create a monthly program or weekly program, already 3 years have passed with the last raffle for agents.

leadership and training team needs more training regards to specific account training and on how to be professional in any circumstances , as an observation , operation teams doesn't have agenda regards with quality training they rely on the US trainers which doesn't have any agenda as well.

additional compensation will do and bonuses. activities for agents that can make them happy and will fell appreciated in the company like grocery cheques or package. admins will always answer that it will depend on the account. but clients are paying the company . company should be working on this.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
as we are working with executive accounts, the compensation we are given is not fair. seems to be management doesn't look forward to make this account develop, moreover, the work area is very small if all agents are taking calls it would look like a market that all agents can hear each other.
