First of all before entering teleperformance ive heard a lots of bad experiences here at tp but as i join the tp company i can tell that this is a great place to work and its really a newbie friendly.

Well i am happy with my friends being around, so yeah they kinda make me happy.

They are not using their power to underestimate employees. Everyone is newbie friendly and the management is great.
Quelle est la meilleure partie de votre programme de rémunération?
Well i dont really have a huge expectations regards for that but i am quite satisfied with my compensation package here.

I can tell that tp is a great place to work because everyone is so approachable and management will accept you whole heartedly
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
Well everyone is eager to learn and strive to understand what they barely know, everyone is patient and has collaborative personalities when it comes to difficulties which is really good. Having a team with such personality is a perks.
