Some coworkers can be quite rude. Sometimes, managers can be bullies or pick favorites due to having outside-of-work relationships with the other employees. However despite these things, Walmart in itself is a great company with great benefits and pay. Tough it out, and you'll climb up.

This is a tough one, since I work overnights. However, it seems to me that the friendliest coworkers are the day shift teams - and the friendlier of coworkers are the eldery or older ones.

Honestly, when coworkers are friendly and not rude. And when the managers give off less "bully" vibes. That would boost my morale more when at work. However with that being said, a job is a job. I'm there to work, and I'll do what I'm there to do, even if I don't look forward to it sometimes.
