They don't care about employee's, they don't care about safety, they just don't care. All they want from you is to come make them money. Raises rarely ever happen, bonuses are a joke, and employees aren't ever promoted above what they started as. Once an Associate, always an Associate.

We at least get to work indoors. Unless you are needed for pushing carts, than you get dragged out there to do it for the rest of the day.

Stop lying to Employees about how they are going to be scheduled, stop lying about how often they will get a raise, stop lying about how bonuses are given. Just stop lying to line your own pockets.

Stop being money hungry, treat customers better, pay your employees better, punish management when they harass employees on their days off, or when they harass an employee for getting sick. Offer better sick leave, so that an Employee isn't coming to work sick in fear of losing their job.
Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?
I can't really say that my coworkers need to improve, management never lets us talk to each other aside from when we are on lunch or break. Since we only have a limited time to do things such as, use the restroom, eat, drink, smoke, etc... We don't really talk at all.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I am treated as a number, not a person. If they want to treat me as just a number, than they should pay more so that I can stand being just a number to them. The pay is an absolute joke for how much they expect you to handle on a daily basis.
