Not enough help, over worked, under paid, being there for over 15 years and people starting there making same amount as you, no one to help out when others are sick. They make the raises sound like they are doing something great publicly but always take away hours and bonus behind the scenes.

Understanding there unrealistic tasks for us. They add more work with less help. They need to work whole weeks at a time in each store to see how it is. They need to listen more.
