Unrealistic expectations. No livable wage. Constantly cutting hours due to "budgets" - but the CEO and market managers make sure they get their money. Company demands more and more with less and less. Most ungrateful company ever.

Company boasts about "team involvement" but dont listen to actual obstacles to complete tasks. Anytime you go above and beyond in your role it becomes your individual expectation - meanwhile your team mate is hiding in the steel getting the same pay and the same yearly pay increase.

Walmart is all about appeasing shareholders profits. They do not make decisions based on the community they are serving. Walmart is too big a company and employs too many people to run the business the way they do. scaling down salaried responsibility instead of chasing numbers would be more solid.
