
data collection, humanity, separating work from personal lives, not talking about religion (personal incident), hiring, recognizing how much work there is to be done, training, human resources, accountability. the majority of issues lie with incompetent management.
as o/n, i get a $1.50 shift differential, so I get paid $15.50 p/h. but breaking my body, coming home with scratches i didn't know I had, and expected to run up to 6 full pallets worth per night, no matter the area, is not worth. compensation should be at least $20 so i can go to a dr. for my health
