
More communication between associates and their dept managers.
Make everyone accountable for tasks but also encourage teamwork. There is a lot of complaining and tattletailing.
Better training. Better communication. And management shouldn't blame the hardworkers for the others that don't work hard.
The starting pay is $9. I feel that is too low. You can't get full time status. That means -No health insurance for part-timers, no paid time off. We can't get retirement plan until 1 year.
Walmart places so much emphasis on good customer service & making the customer feel important. They forget that in order for associates to do that, they need to feel important too. When the training is bad & the communication is bad we can't feel very important or confident to do the job right
