Everything. Organization, scheduling, workload, lack of coverage, lack of training. I would also appreciate them not lying straight to our faces. Be honest and treat your workers like humans not blundering idiots.

My coworkers are treated so poorly by the management that most people leave the department/company in less than a year. we could work together better if the schedules matched what needed to be done.

I often do the work of two or three people and it's never good enough. my coworker worked six pallets of freight and the manager asked why they didn't do xyz other tasks. Not a thank you or any sort of positive encouragement.

Sam Walton believed in treating employees like family. He would be rolling in his grave to see how his company treats their works like motors to be burnt out and replaced. Management sees the hourly associates as nothing more that a mule to work to the point of mental and physical exhaustion.
