
People gossip about others. Also the managers are sometimes rude and talk down as if you are incompetent.
Better scheduling, not taking all workers to cash register and leaving others behind to take care of multiple departments.
Making sure employees aren't stuck alone or working 3 different departments. Better scheduling needed as well. More staff. Better incentives.
