
They should stop giving their employees so much work to do that they feel the need to work through breaks just to get the work done. They need to realize that a person can only do so much.
Well for a start it would be nice if the managers didn't tell us at meetings that we are all expendable or that we can't be told how long the tasks we are working on should take because we will drag it out all night.
The higher up managers keep thinking that they can squeeze more and more productivity out of fewer and fewer workers. Shortly after Christmas one year a manager actually said that there are fewer people and more freight but that it has to be done in the same amount of time as before.
